Jag tycker det är väldigt intressant att läsa böcker om psykologi (eller ja... självhjälpsböcker kanske är mer närmare sanningen, men psykologiböcker låter mer sofistikerat och eftersom detta är min blogg så tänker jag fortsätta skriva det. sådetärså!). Den senaste boken jag läste var "Munken som sålde sin Ferrari".
Som alltid efter att ha läst psykologiböcker så blir jag inspirerad av att ändra mitt liv. Allt verkar ju så enkelt i böckerna "Gör dessa åtgärder och ditt liv blir helt perfekt.".
Någonting som jag fick upp ögonen för när jag läste boken var min brist på målsättningar. Oavsett om det handlar om karriär, fritid, vänner eller livsstil så kan jag inte komma ett enda konrekt mål som jag satt ut i mitt liv.
Jag har alltid varit en Hakuna Matata-typ. Känner mig väldigt bekväm med livet och vet att allt löser sig på ett eller annat sätt. Jag har för det mesta trivts väldigt bra i min livssituation och därför inte känt någon mening med att lägga energi på att försöka uppnå mer.
Detta betyder inte att jag inte har velat uppnå något. Varje dag ser jag saker som som jag skulle vilja vara bra på eller hör om något som jag skulle vilja testa på. Mitt problem är inte att jag aldrig blir inspirerad till nya målsättningar, utan tvärtom. Jag vill göra allt. Jag vill vara stor och stark samtidigt som jag vill vara liten, smidig och graciös. Jag vill leva utomlands och upptäcka nya platser varje dag samtidigt som jag vill slå mig till ro på ett ställe.
Även när jag sökte in och började på Lillsved var det för att jag "vill jobba med någonting inom hälsosektorn, vet inte riktigt än vad...", vilket funkar utmärkt då min utbildning är väldigt bred. Men hur ska jag utvecklas och bli någonting av det jag drömmer om när jag inte bestämmer mig för att satsa?
Nu ska det bli ändring. Jag har nogrant valt ut ett fåtal målsättningar som jag vill satsa på och tagit hjälp av mitt inre dagisbarn och pysslat ihop en vision board. Den representerar de mål som jag har under 2013. Den hänger numera på väggen för att påminna mig om att varje dag sträva efter att uppnå dem. Nu är det slut med allt velande, även om jag fortfarande vill göra allt på en gång så har jag lärt mig att det blir bäst om jag prioriterar.
